Not caused by a virus.

Caused by parasite called Orientia tsutsugamushi.
It can be transmitted by lice, ticks and fleas.

UMANG (Unified Mobile Application for New-age Governance)
It  provides a single platform for all Indian Citizens to access pan India e-Gov services ranging from Central to Local Government bodies and other citizen centric services.

The application is developed by the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY) and National e-Governance Division (NeGD) in order to drive Mobile Governance in India.

This  application  basically provides a unified approach where you can install one application to avail multiple government services — almost over 100 of them.

This Application supports 12 major Indian languages in addition to English.

India became home to the world’s first-ever thermal battery plant, that was inaugurated in Andhra Pradesh .
Owned by - Bharat Energy Storage Technology Private Limited (BEST).

1988 Uprising -
It was a series of nationwide protests, marches and civil unrest in  Burma (Myanmar) that peaked in August 1988.
The protests began as a student movement and were organised largely by university students at the Rangoon Arts and Sciences University and the Rangoon Institute of Technology (RIT).

During the crisis, Aung San Suu Kyi emerged as a national icon.

An annual joint military training exercise between India and Thailand.
In 2017 It was held in  Himachal Pradesh’s Bakloh .
This time 2018 edition of this exercise is being held in Thailand.

kadaknath कदकनाथ

कदकनाथ या काली मासी पूर्वी मध्य प्रदेश के झाबुआ और धार जिलों में चिकन की एक स्थानीय भारतीय नस्ल है, इसकी उच्च प्रोटीन और बहुत कम वसा और कोलेस्ट्रॉल के स्तर के कारण, इसकी मांग अधिक है ।

मध्य प्रदेश के झाबुआ जिले से इस प्रसिद्ध कदकनाथ चिकन को अब भौगोलिक संकेत (जीआई टैग) टैग मिला है। इसे 30 जुलाई, 2018 को भारत सरकार द्वारा अनुमोदित किया गया है
